Flexible Return Policy - Your Satisfaction is Our Priority!

At Flex Watches, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not 100% satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges to ensure you have a hassle-free experience.

Return and Exchange Policy:

You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return your Flex item(s) for an exchange or full refund.

Exchanges can only be made for items currently in stock. To initiate an exchange, please confirm availability with our customer support team at info@flexwatches.com before sending back your order.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the Flex item(s) for any exchange or refund.

Items must be returned in unworn condition, exactly as you received them, and in the original packaging. We kindly request that you include a note specifying your order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect order, please email info@flexwatches.com, and our customer service team will provide a return label free of charge.

Refund Process:

Once your returned item(s) are received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please be aware that it may take 1 or 2 full billing cycles for the refunded amount to appear on your credit card statement.

Please note that if the payment method used at the time of purchase has changed, you will be refunded in the form of store credit only.

Order Cancellation:

At this time, we are unable to accommodate order cancellation requests. Once an order is placed, our efficient warehouse team works to ship it as soon as possible. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the checkout process. If you encounter any issues with your order, kindly reach out to our support team for further assistance.
