Returns & Exchanges

We Gladly Accept Returns & Exchanges!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Flex item(s) for an exchange or full refund within 7 days after delivery. Exchanges can only be made for items currently in stock. Please confirm with info@flexwatches.com before sending back your order for an exchange.

You will be required to pay for shipping back your Flex item(s) for any exchange or return for refund.

Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send your item(s) back to the address below with a note specifying your order number and if you would like to return your order for a refund or exchange.

If your item arrives damaged, or if your order is incorrect, please email info@flexwatches.com and our customer service team will send you a return label to return the item(s) free of charge.

Your refund will be processed once the returned item(s) is/are received by our warehouse. Please allow 14 business days from the day your return is shipped for your refund to be processed. The refund will be processed to the method of payment used to make your original purchase. Please note that it may take 1 or 2 full billing cycles from the time the refund is processed to the time the refunded amount appears on your credit card statement. 

If the method of payment used at the time of purchase has changed, please note that you will be refunded in the form of store credit only. 

ORDER CANCELATION

We cannot accommodate cancelation requests at this time. Once an order is placed through our website, our warehouse works efficiently to ship your order as soon as possibleUnfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders upon request due to this. Please make sure that any promo codes have been applied to your order before completing the check out process, as the final price with the discount  will be reflected before the check out process is completed. If there are any issues with your order, please contact our support team for further assistance.
