What is the warranty?

We offer a one year warranty on all of our parts.

What batteries do the watches take?

Maxell Silver Oxide Battery SR626SW 1.55v or anything comparable.

How do I change the battery?

Unscrew the screws on the metal plate underneath the face of the watch. Replace the existing battery with a new one and screw the metal plate back on.

What Postal Service do you use?

USPS

Why can I no longer track my International order?

Once the package leaves the US the tracking is no longer available.

How long do International orders take to arrive?

2-3 weeks.

Do you have an expedited shipping option?

Shipping usually takes about 3-5 days to arrive. Ugh, we'd like to, but no expedited shipping option yet.

How big is the Venice Collection?

The Venice has a face size of 1.75 inches by 1.5 inches with a height of .35 inches. The Venice band is .75 inches wide and the band will fit a wrist up to 9 inches circumference.

Is every watch interchangeable?

Every watch we sell is interchangeable except for The Venice Collection and the new Let's Just Love Collection.

Do you guys provide customer support during weekends / holidays?
